I ordered three of these spoons for gifts. One was perfect, the other two have small defects in the wood on the inside of the heart-shaped bowl (small nicks out of the wood). Amazon can only refund the price, not exchange them. I am very disappointed The spoons are adorable, but who wants to give gifts with defects The packaging around the spoons was perfect. The problem is obvious. Someone allowed the spoons to leave the factory in China in less than perfect condition. Bad quality control. A word of warning!

Amazon can only offer me a "discount" on the price, AND let me keep it! REALLY? The money is NOT the issue!
